Christianity is a race, not a religion. And it is not a sprint or a dash; rather it is a marathon – with HEAVEN as its finish line.
The day you sign up to become a follower of Jesus, you get enlisted to begin the race to Heaven. Being a marathon race, it is a long haul; and there are many things you will have to endure while running. You will need to endure discouragement, distractions, false brethren, betrayals, persecution, moments of joy and sorrow, fulfilled and unfulfilled desires etc.

About Me
My name is Anthony Adefarakan, and by the grace of God I am the privileged President of Global Emancipation Ministries – Calgary (GLOEM) with headquarters in Canada, North America and Emancipating Truth Ministry International (ETMI) with headquarters in Nigeria, West Africa.
I was born into a Christian family where we all prayed every morning and every night, went to Church on Sundays and on certain weekly activities, read the Bible among other things expected of a Christian home.
My parents did not spare the rod at any point in time during my formative years; they tried their best to instill discipline and the fear of God in their children. But during this period, I was not yet saved.
In April 1994, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ after a senior student in my school preached to me.
